Meet Dave, Your Local Island Builder and Friendly Owner
Hi, I’m Dave Hotchin and I bring 40 years of professional residential and commercial building experience spanning Melbourne, Sydney, the Sunshine Coast and Magnetic Island during the last four years.
My career started in 1972 as a carpenter and joiner before progressing to become a licensed builder in Victoria in the late 70s and moving to Sydney to further my career as a builder. I then transferred to the Sunshine Coast and Townsville in 2019 to assist with the flood restorations. This led me to find and relocate to Magnetic Island, a place, island and community I am passionate about.
I am passionate and committed to delivering quality craftsmanship, transparency and exceptional service for all our clients because I enjoy every step of building your future home on Magnetic Island.
And when the workday is done, you might find me enjoying a meal and a drink at one of our local restaurants.
